We designed the Lifestyle & Design course to train students to (re-)style products and brands in a highly distinguishing visual manner, starting from a visionary idea and a personal artistic style. The course simulates students to be teamplayers with high standing visual and conceptual skills to deal with increasingly complex and challenging assignments.
Tessa Lavrijsen was appointed head of the Lifestyle & Design Department, assigned to implement the new curriculum. Today, the department counts 170 students and a faculty of 30 dedicated tutors, of which many are practitioners in the fields of styling, design and fashion.
